Scarlet & Grace Ventures LLC is a purpose-driven real estate investment company that transforms distressed commercial properties, residential homes, and land into vibrant, income-producing spaces that support community wellbeing. 

We specialize in ethical real estate investing and sustainable redevelopment, revitalizing churches, schools, motels, and mixed-use buildings to restore value to neighborhoods across New Orleans and the Gulf South.

Through our dual-impact investment model, we acquire, renovate, and stabilize undervalued real estate with dignity, design, and long-term community impact in mind. 

A portion of profits is reinvested into wellness programs, real estate investing education, and mental health services for underserved populations.

To extend our impact, we co-founded GGU Pathway to Prosperity™ with Genevieve Sanz of Pegasus I AM Homes. 

GGU is a real estate mentorship program that empowers aspiring women investors and underrepresented entrepreneurs to build generational wealth through real estate investing. The program combines commercial real estate training, creative financing, private money strategies, mindset development, and business leadership skills.

Together, Scarlet & Grace Ventures and GGU use real estate development as a catalyst for economic mobility, affordable housing solutions, neighborhood revitalization, and lasting social change.

GGU (Gigi Growth University) is a division of Pegasus IAM USA Inc., created to help individuals and families elevate their lives through faith-based real estate education, credit repair, and wealth-building strategies.
